Equipment:

Construction:
Stainless steel ≠ 1.2mm.
Monolithic body, bent and welded in a continuous system. M5 full sleeves enable wall mounting without any mechanical treatments.
Cover:
Stainless steel ≠ 1.2mm. 2HOLES IN THE LID: predefined holes for standard buttons ø 22.5 mm.
Cover fixing screws with a cross head, equipped with a system preventing accidental falling out (we deliver screws with other heads on request).
The polyurethane gasket in the SC.X hermetic stainless box is poured around the circumference, temperature range -40 ° C ÷ + 90 ° C.
Materials:
The box is made of stainless steel: AISI 304 (EN 1.4301). Casing made of AISI 316 (EN 1.4404) on request.
Finish: Scotch-Brite.

Design details of SCA stainless steel housing:



The stainless steel button enclosure has rear fasteners that allow the SC.X stainless steel box to be properly mounted on the rails (or directly on the devices) without additional mechanical treatments that could weaken the high degree of protection IP66.

The bolt hooking system is located on the outside of the gasket edge, ensuring tightness. The SC.X stainless housing cover bolts are equipped with an anti-fall system.

The connection of the cover with the stainless button enclosure has been designed so as to obtain the maximum compression efficiency of the seal between the housing and the cover. In addition, the connection system has been designed to prevent accidental cutting of the gasket in the event of improper tightening of the cover bolts.

The internal spacers of the SC.X stainless steel perforated boxes are designed to allow easy installation of accessories.
