Construction details of SCB acid-proof box:



The rear fasteners allow for the correct mounting of the SC AISI 316L acid-resistant box on the rails (or directly on the devices) without additional mechanical treatments that could weaken the high degree of protection IP66.

The bolt hooking system is located on the outside of the gasket edge, ensuring tightness. The SCB acid-proof box cover screws are equipped with an anti-fall system.

The connection between the cover and the box has been designed in such a way as to obtain the maximum compression efficiency of the seal between the box and the cover. In addition, the connection system has been designed to prevent accidental cutting of the gasket in the event of improper tightening of the cover bolts.

The internal dividers of SCB acid-proof boxes are designed to allow easy installation of accessories.

Possible modifications of AISI 316L acid-proof boxes according to the customer's design at the production stage.
