Construction:
Stainless steel ≠ 1.2mm.
Monolithic body, bent and welded in a continuous system. M5 full sleeves enable wall mounting without any mechanical treatments.
Cover:
Stainless steel ≠ 1.2mm.
Cover fixing screws with a cross head, equipped with a system to prevent accidental falling out (we deliver screws with other heads on request).
Polyurethane gasket poured around the perimeter, temperature range -40 ° C ÷ + 90 ° C.
Materials:
The box is made of stainless steel: AISI 304 (EN 1.4301). Made of AISI 316 (EN 1.4404) on request.
Finish: Scotch-Brite.

Design details of SCA stainless steel box:


The rear fasteners allow for the correct mounting of the AISI304 stainless box on the rails (or directly on the devices) without additional mechanical treatments that could weaken the high degree of protection IP66.

The screw hooking system is on the outside of the gasket edge, guaranteeing the tightness of the SCA AISI 304 stainless steel box. The cover fixing screws are equipped with an anti-drop system.

The connection between the cover and the AISI 304 SCA stainless box has been designed to achieve the maximum compression efficiency of the gasket between the box and the cover. In addition, the connection system has been designed to prevent accidental cutting of the gasket in the event of improper tightening of the cover bolts.

Internal spacers have been developed to allow easy installation of accessories in SCA stainless enclosures.

Possible modifications of stainless steel casings for the customer's design at the production stage.
