Construction:
Stainless steel ≠ 1.2mm.
Monolithic body, bent and welded in a continuous system. M5 full sleeves enable wall mounting without any mechanical treatments.
Cover:
Stainless steel ≠ 1.2mm.
Cover fixing screws with a cross head, equipped with a system preventing accidental falling out (we deliver screws with other heads on request).
Polyurethane gasket poured around the perimeter, temperature range -40 ° C ÷ + 90 ° C.
Materials:
Stainless steel: AISI 304 (EN 1.4301). Made of AISI 316 (EN 1.4404) on request.
Finish: Scotch-Brite.

Design details of SCA stainless steel box:


The rear fasteners allow the box to be properly mounted on rails (or directly on the devices) without additional mechanical treatments that could weaken the high degree of protection IP66.

The bolt hooking system is located on the outside of the gasket edge, ensuring tightness. The cover fixing screws are equipped with an anti-fall system.

The connection between the cover and the box has been designed in such a way as to obtain the maximum compression efficiency of the seal between the box and the cover. In addition, the connection system has been designed to prevent accidental cutting of the gasket in the event of improper tightening of the cover bolts.

Internal spacers have been developed to allow easy installation of accessories.

Possible modifications of stainless steel casings for the customer's design at the production stage.
